Jennifer Actis (Jenny), a graduate of Agricultural Engineering from the University of Kentucky, has spent most of her career in the Irrigation Consulting industry. Long hours and several years of ACAD work combined with a gregarious personality had prompted her to find more satisfying work, and is happy to have found that balance in real estate.

Although Jenny grew up in Kentucky before moving to Charlotte via Nashua NH, and loves to visit her family and Keeneland whenever possible, now considers Charlotte home and her favorite place to live. Now she enjoys teaming with husband Shawn, also of Homes of the South. Jenny's hobbies include road biking, running, reading, and bluegrass music.
